Founder Derrick Campeau actively contributes to youth development and mentorship through hands-on involvement in community programs across Ontario.
As a Career Coach with the Ontario Career Lab, Derrick works directly with Grade 9 and 10 students, helping them explore real-world career paths and build confidence in their future.
He also volunteers with KIPP Canada, supporting youth in diversion programs — helping them refocus, rebuild direction, and move forward with purpose.
